Leadership​

Charmaine Ermine serves as a councillor for Montreal Lake Cree Nation 106B Council. Portfolio holder of Montreal Lake Business Ventures. Charmaine serves on numerous boards and committees. Work experience has been with working with children within the community of Litte Red River Reserve MLCN 106b which is a sub-community south of Montreal Lake Cree Nation. Charmaine is working in the best interests of the Montreal Lake Cree Nation.
